Internally, Longhouse is tastefully presented and co-ordinated. There are rustic open beams in abundance; a restored range fireplace; stone flagged floors, period furniture and sumptuous furnishings throughout; all adding to the charm and character of this beautiful property. Ideal for couples and family gatherings.
A delightful spiral staircase leads from the ground floor Stable Suite to a mezzanine library, where guests can curl up with a good book.
Wheelchair users are warmly welcomed and carefully provided for.
Furnishings and décor are traditional, with a modern twist, complementing the building’s restoration. Soft furnishings and linens are regularly updated: everything is maintained to the highest standard.
Enjoy the private courtyard; orchard; two wildlife ponds and idyllic grass meadow walk. Stroll round the three acre meadow to enjoy the extensive views of the Hambleton Hills.

Outside Longhouse there are two seating areas; one in the front garden and one in the courtyard. You can enjoy both morning and evening sun.
Parking outside the cottage for two cars. Further cars can be parked elsewhere on site. Lock up cycle storage on request.
All bed linen, towels and kitchen towels provided.
